7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising from your use of Vowen.

Vowen may integrate with third-party services (such as AI providers for Command Mode). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party services.
